“„(…) I am a visual artist, I love to explore various techniques and apply them to my work. Since I was very little I have always been surrounded by threads, needles and fabrics because my mother is a fashion designer and she guided me in the textile path, but curiously she was not the one who taught me to embroider, but she did teach me to be tactful with the threads and showed me that this was another creative language. A few years ago I started working in a cultural space called Liebre Lunar and there they had many workshops, including one on embroidery by Jeremie Tessier and in my free time, he taught me the first stitch, since that day, I have not stopped to embroider and continue learning new stitches, creating mini worlds that are possible in my head and turning them into reality thanks to the threads.
I have felt very influenced by the culture of my country, by its colors, textures, music, food and people.
Embroidery has given me a lot, it taught me to be patient, to meet new people, to be able to express myself with threads, to meditate and spend time with inner self.”
